This raw, natural honey was harvested in late summer from Lithuanian woodlands. Its dominant composition stems from honeydew and heather blossoms. It is mildly sweet with an earthy aroma.

We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and this Dark Wood honey has crystallized, but remains soft and spreadable.

Real taste

The honey is excellent in taste and consistency. Love to eat it with sourdough toast.

Dark and delicious

Hadn’t tried the dark wood honey before as we love the Buckwheat honey. So it was a nice surprise to find it is just as tasty. A lovely balance, not too sweet but full of flavour. Love it and will buy again.

Best honey ever!
