How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders in the UK.
Large orders (>5 kg) to non-mainland UK addresses will separated into individual items for dispatch. Alternatively, please contact us and we can dispatch large orders together for a minimal fee.
Which couriers do you use?
Orders of 1 or 2 items are dispatched using Royal Mail. If you are not in, these are usually delivered to your local post office. (Please contact us if you would like us to use another courier; this can usually be arranged).
Orders of 3 or more items are dispatched using Parcelforce. Parcelforce delivers 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. If you are not in, redelivery is attempted up to three times. We can also dispatch to DPD pickup shops. Find your local shop here and let us know via email which shop you would like us to dispatch to.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. Please allow for delays during busy periods, such as Christmas.
How will my order be packaged?
Our honey is packaged in glass jars, which are individually packed in cardboard boxes for shipping.
What is your return policy?
We aim to operate a fair returns policy. You can return unopened jars within 14 days after receipt of your order.
Do you have a store I can visit?
At present, we sell online via Amazon, Ebay and our website. Although we are based in Liverpool, we cannot sell directly to customers as our business is an online retail store only.
