This natural, raw honey was harvested in early summer 2020, from bees feeding mainly on cornflowers and some linden flowers. Once widely distributed as weeds in grain fields, cornflowers are typically blue flowers which are increasingly rare in the wild. This is an intensely sweet honey with hints of mint and lemon.
We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. This honey is a second jar I have ordered now. It’s very sweet, a lot sweeter than buckwheat for example. But subtle, it has overall a good flavour. I personally prefer dark honeys. But this one I’ll keep to make honey combucha.

This my third honey jar from Baltic Honey company and is delicious creamy aromatic and very healthy the first thinks I do in the early morning is on table spoon in a empty stomach and really enjoyable 100% recommended

Love the aroma and the taste and for that i scored 5☆s, but i thought the honey will be same as others that i really enjoyed, nice and creamy, but instead it is rock hard :( 4☆s.. The jar will last me for a very long time
