Returns policy

We aim to operate a fair returns policy. You can return the item within 14 days after receipt of your order. We will cover the cost of returns. 

Delivery policy

Our main delivery operator is Royal Mail and we dispatch orders via 2nd Class delivery. We aim to dispatch your order the next working day after receiving it. It usually takes 2-3 days for your order to be delivered.  

Although we try to dispatch orders quickly, we rely on Royal Mail to deliver them to you. At times, parcels may be delayed or lost. However, we always investigate any such instances and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their delivery.

The size of parcels may vary depending on the size of the order. Usually, an order of one jar of honey will not weigh more than 1.5 kg (including packaging). 

Currently, we do not combine orders. If you order more than one item, they will arrive to you in separate packaging. This is to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Payment policy

Currently we accept payments via debit cards, credit cards and PayPal.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

General conditions

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
