This natural, raw honey was harvested in early summer 2022, from bees feeding mainly on sunflowers. It has a crisp, fresh sweetness and a mild, pleasing flavour.

We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and this Sunflower honey has crystallized, with a spreadable consistency.

We have been buying honey from Batic Honey shop since the beginning. Always the best quality. You can not fault it. Never been disappointed. Some honey's got stronger taste than others such as buckwheat. We prefer milder taste and usually go for sunflower, blueberry or field honey. All at the best quality. Keep going guys, well done!
