This raw, natural honey was harvested in late summer 2022, mainly from forest wildflowers such as goldenrod, red clover and heather. It is not as sweet as other honeys, with a lingering tart finish. Please note that this honey has a strong, natural smell compared to lighter honeys.

We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and this Wild Forest honey has crystallized, but remains soft and spreadable.

Raw wild forest honey

You can't compete with the Baltic honeys! The quality of them is in a different league to anything I have tried before. It's like eating spoonfuls of pure wholesome goodness! I always buy the buckwheat so I thought I would try this one too. Equally delicious. I'm still on the hunt for that manure flavour (you either love it or hate it!) but this one and buckwheat ( the only ones I have tried) would be the very best honey for most people's taste. Not too sweet, but not smelling like a barnyard either. Top rating.
