This raw, natural honey was harvested in late summer from Lithuanian woodlands. Its dominant composition stems from honeydew and heather blossoms. It is mildly sweet with an earthy aroma.

We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and this Dark Wood honey has crystallized, but remains soft and spreadable.

Amazing range of real honey

Baltic Honey is my go to place for honey now. Love trying all the amazing flavours, my favorites being the darker honies, especially the buckwheat which is like nothing I have tasted before. Nice big jars to keep you going, honey is set and thick and delicious, especially on sourdough breads!

Very rich and intense, a good substitute for Buckwheat, which is my usual choice.
