This natural, raw honey was harvested in summer 2022, from bees feeding on wildflowers such as charlock (wild mustard). It is an intensely sweet honey with a very mild aftertaste.

We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and this Golden Flower honey has crystallized but remains spreadable.

This honey is excellent! I enjoy the creamy texture and the soft floral flavour. I put a dollop in my porridge every day and am looking forward to putting it to service in cold-season teas. Such good value!
