This raw, natural honey was harvested at the start of summer. Its dominant composition stems mainly from field bean blossoms. This Sweet Field honey has a sweet, slightly herbal aroma. It is a very sweet honey with hints of caramel.

Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and this Sweet Field honey has crystallized, but remains spreadable.

I bought a jar of Raw Sweet Field Honey recently .It was very nice so I will be back for more .It is considerably cheaper per kilo than elsewhere, which is what made me curious to try. It arrived quickly ,and was well packaged in a sturdy box.
