This natural, raw honey was harvested in early summer 2022, from bees feeding mainly on sunflowers. It has a crisp, fresh sweetness and a mild, pleasing flavour.
We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and this Sunflower honey has crystallized, with a spreadable consistency.

Sunflower honey
I have tried almost all variety of your honey and love them all (buckwheat, Dark Wood and Orchard are my favourites). This sunflower honey did not disappoint me, it has a unique apricot flavour and is really sweet and tasty.
