This natural, raw honey was harvested in summer 2022, from bees feeding on wildflowers such as charlock (wild mustard). It is an intensely sweet honey with a very mild aftertaste.

We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and this Golden Flower honey has crystallized but remains spreadable.

Lovely honey!

This honey is excellent! I enjoy the creamy texture and the soft floral flavour. I put a dollop in my porridge every day and am looking forward to putting it to service in cold-season teas. Such good value!

Golden FLower Honey - Apples baked with spices

A strong-tasting and very sweet honey, reminiscent of baked apples with spices, perhaps a little cinnamon and caraway seed or fennel - there is a bit of an aniseed flavour to it, which lingers in the mouth. Thoroughly enjoyable, and very different from the Buckwheat honey that I usually buy.

Amazing golden flower honey

First time we got this kind, and it’s lovely and creamy, very nice flavour. So good to know it’s raw and has all the goodness still in it. I LOVE scooping the white layer off the top for a first taste 😊

I ordered the golden flower honey because our regular orchard honey was sold out and Oh My G! This is our new favourite honey now. The whole family loves it! Fab in tea, on pancakes and on everything really!
