A selection of 3 raw dark honeys harvested in 2019.

  • Buckwheat Honey - a strong aroma and a rich, earthy flavour
  • Wild Forest Honey - not as sweet as other honeys, with a lingering tart finish
  • Field Bean Honey - a sweet honey with a delicate aroma

Each jar contains 400 g and each gift selection contains 3 x 400 g. 

We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and these honeys have crystallized, but remain spreadable.

Best honey in the UK!

I come from a family of beekeepers in Europe and have struggled to find honey in the UK that lives up to what I'm used to.

This honey in delicious and tastes like home.

Decided to try a few honeys this time

Decided to try both the light and the dark honeys and none disappoint. They all have different levels of sweetness and the smaller jars are a great way to see which ones you like best. All beautifully packed in totally recyclable cardboard. Actually good enough to gift as a present if you could bear to give it away! HIghly recommend

Great selection

Really glad I selected the triple jars so I could try three variations and going through them one by one, finished off the field bean in quick time...yummy now halfway through the field bean and I really like this one it’s lush, not started the wild forest test as saving while last but anticipating it after all the great reviews. 😁

What a treat to be have a succession of delicious tastes. Loved the field bean and the wild forest. Have yet to try the buckwheat, but it smells delicious. I love the fact that the honey has crystallised - my favourite way of eating it!

I was really enjoying your selection of 3 honey, buckwood, forest and bean ! I got some reassurance of quality that honey was not liquid - meand they should be genuine! looking forward to buy another sample!
