Raw Forest Field Honey

Raw Forest Field Honey

Regular price £14.99 Sale price £13.99
Unit price  per

This raw, natural honey was harvested from wildflower blossoms in fields near Lithuanian woodlands. This season's Forest Field honey has a floral aroma and a rich flavour. Some jars may be less crystallized than others.

We believe in offering the highest quality of raw, natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients during the collection and handling of the honey. This means that our honey is raw honey, which has all its beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants) intact, making it a healthy, natural sweetener. Raw honey crystallizes and this Forest Field honey has crystallized, but remains spreadable.

Rock hard

This is the second time that I purchased from Baltic Honey Shop and I'm afraid I won't be buying again. The last batch I bought (Buckwheat) was very hard but this batch is even harder (Forest Field). I imagine they are all the same. I understand that honey can crystalize but this is incredibly difficult to get out of the jar. I tried a different kind this time and it's even worse. This is not mentioned on your website at all. You say: "this Forest Field honey has crystallized, but remains spreadable". It's not spreadable at all. It takes a lot of effort to even get it out of the jar!

Too Hard

I have never seen honey as hard as this. Looks like it was overheated. I have to scrap it with a spoon. Impossible to spread it.
